About Me

I am grateful to have the chance to serve our patients at Kaiser Permanente as a family physician. It is very rewarding to be a part of a team that values quality care. I had polio as an infant and spent much of my childhood receiving medical care, so I understand its value. I grew up in a small town in northern Minnesota. Our family found a home in Oregon because my husband is involved in the computer industry and I am very thankful that we did. I love our adopted state and it has been a good place to raise our family.

About my practice

As a family physician I am aware that primary care is often the first impression of Kaiser Permanente, and I want our patients to know that despite the fact this is a large organization, each one of you is important. I know we need to listen to your concerns and provide the best care available in a sometimes overwhelming system.

How I thrive

Interactions with family and friends are the most important to me. I enjoy sharing activities like travel, the theater, and most often just a night out with those I love. In private times I enjoy a good novel and crocheting afghans.
