About Me

I am a native Coloradan, son of a Kaiser Permanente physician. I have always hovered around Colorado, drawn to the outdoor activities that are abundant in our beautiful state. My wife and I are both Kaiser Permanente physicians, deeply believing in the integrated model of health care. We live in south Denver with our two children and Siberian Husky. We visit the mountains as often as possible, partaking in the hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and whatever else we can do with our children and active dog. I am honored to be recognized as a 5280 Magazine Top Doctor in 2022.

About my practice

As a radiation oncologist, my passion is guiding people through the challenging and sometimes scary journey through cancer care. I strongly believe that with the right support, cutting edge treatment, and guidance, the experience can actually be quite rewarding for patients. I work primarily at Saint Joseph Hospital where I have the privilege of not only caring for Kaiser Permanente patients, but also patients with other insurance and non-insured patients. This gives me the opportunity to care for our entire community--a great honor for me.

How I thrive

I spend as much time as possible outdoors with my family--whether it is biking, hiking, skiing, or just walking in the creek behind our house looking for crawdads and frogs. I believe strongly in taking care of the mind, body, and heart.
