About Me
Thank you for visiting my webpage. I hope it provides you with a snapshot of who I am and what our team can provide for you.
Biography
I spent my early years in Chicago, Colombia (South America), and Southern California. I settled in the South Bay and started a family while completing my Obstetrics and Gynecology residency and Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. I have two daughters, both born at Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center.
About my practice
I am a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist, which means I care for expectant mothers during high-risk pregnancies. A pregnancy can be considered high risk due to many factors, such as maternal diabetes or pre-term labor. I work closely with your obstetrician to ensure comprehensive care and follow-up, as well as the pediatric department at the time of delivery. Our goal is to ensure the highest-quality care during pregnancy and delivery for both the mother and baby. I strongly believe that providing compassionate and informative care empowers mothers to better navigate the challenges of a high-risk pregnancy.
How I thrive
Spending time outdoors, time with my family, healthy eating, and exercising is how I thrive. I enjoy bodysurfing in the ocean, hiking, gardening, and playing with my children.
