About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am excited to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my work as a physician at Kaiser Permanente.

Biography

I am originally from Los Angeles. I attended college at Loyola Marymount University and medical school at Georgetown University. After medical school, I served as a medical officer in the Navy for 10 years. I had the opportunity to live in Florida, Virginia, and Okinawa, Japan. My last duty station was Camp Pendleton. My wife and I were very excited to be back in Southern California and make Orange County our new home. Since leaving the Navy, I have worked as an emergency and urgent care physician in Riverside County and Orange County.

About my practice

I practice urgent care medicine at Kaiser Permanente full time. I work at all 3 urgent care centers in Orange County: Harbor-MacArthur, Garden Grove, and Mission Viejo Medical Offices. I enjoy treating a variety of conditions and partnering with members to improve their health. I enjoy working as part of a fantastic urgent care team that includes my colleagues and our dedicated, highly-skilled nurses. I strive to be a good listener, to treat every Kaiser Permanente member like a family member, and to use the most up-to-date and evidence-based therapies to bring members back to excellent health.

How I thrive

Outside of work, spending time with my family is my greatest joy. Swimming is my favorite form of exercise. I also enjoy body surfing and going on family walks. Cooking healthy meals at home that are rich in fruits and vegetables is another healthy habit my wife and I wish to impart to our kids.
