About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page! Thank you for taking an interest in learning a little more about me. I truly hope we can build a strong partnership to best promote your health and wellness. The first step is getting to know one another!

Biography

I grew up in Ventura, California, where I attended Mound Elementary School, Cabrillo Middle School, and Buena High School and also volunteered at Community Memorial Hospital. From there, I attended Pepperdine University for my undergraduate studies and The Ohio State College of Medicine for medical school. Go Buckeyes! I then completed my ob-gyn residency at UCLA. I’ve known I wanted to be a physician for as long as I can remember and have always worked hard toward that goal. I truly enjoy caring for my patients and feel it is a huge privilege to be able to get a glimpse into their lives and help them achieve their health goals. Another personal goal of mine was to return to Ventura to practice medicine and raise my family. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to return to my hometown to work with Kaiser Permanente.

About my practice

Our ob-gyn practice functions as a unit, and we all strive to work toward a common goal of giving our members high-quality care. Every member of our staff, including each medical assistant, nurse, office staff member, and doctor is critical to the care-giving process. I strongly believe in maintaining health with preventive care, but I’m also available when you’re having health issues. I believe that the care process is a partnership. My goal is to treat every one of my patients with respect.

How I thrive

I thrive by maintaining a healthy diet and doing my best to be as active as possible. I enjoy long walks, running, cycling, and spending time outdoors admiring the natural beauty around us.
