About Me

Welcome! I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I am very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members. I am excited for the chance to work with you and improve your health.

Biography

I’m originally from Northern California, but I become a SoCal transplant when I moved down here for medical school. My mother is my inspiration. She is an awesome doctor, person, and mom. I hope to follow in her footsteps. I see medicine as a unique way to connect with and help people change their lives. I am always honored to have a person’s trust, and my goal is to treat my patients as I would anyone in my own family. My family includes my parents, amazing sisters, wonderful husband, funny little baby, and our two crazy, little pups.

About my practice

My practice includes many helpful hands and minds. I believe in teamwork and collaborative thinking. I find that the communication and follow-up at Kaiser Permanente is amazing. My goal is to help each patient live well in his or her own way.

How I thrive

I love working at Kaiser Permanente because I truly believe in helping people live their best. Some things that help me stay balanced include baking, snowboarding, traveling, scuba, snorkeling, hiking, biking, gardening, and eating. I have two four-legged friends that love to play and take long walks with me. I try to focus on the cookie jar being half full and not half empty.
