About Me

I decided to become a physician assistant (PA) after being inspired by the PA who treated me. I obtained my masters degree with honors in Physician Assistant Studies from Daemen College in Buffalo, NY in 2016. I am from Rochester, NY and started my professional career there in internal medicine. Since I was young, I wanted to move to Colorado. After visiting several times growing up, I was amazed by the beauty of Colorado’s environment and its people. I am thrilled to call southern Colorado my home.

About my practice

I chose to work in primary care because I enjoy diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions as well as preventing them. I take pride in establishing positive, long-term relationships with patients and their families. I enjoy serving all age groups but have expertise in the adult/geriatric population with my internal medicine background. In addition, I have become proficient in the Spanish language through study abroad programs in Mexico and Spain during my undergraduate training. This has proved to be a great help on many occasions while working as a PA. I treat my patients with respect, empathy, and compassion, just as if they were members of my own family.

How I thrive

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors in every season. In the summer, I like to hike and run on the trails. In the winter, I enjoy downhill skiing. My favorite ski resorts in Colorado are Telluride and Vail. I love spending time with family and close friends as well. I am the oldest of 3 children. My favorite type of pet is a dog and I would like to adopt a rescue-dog in the future.
