About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am a board certified physician in family medicine, with additional training in sports medicine. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of all my wonderful colleagues and members. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I'm a native Southern Californian from the Inland Empire who grew up as a Kaiser Permanente member. I have a Bachelor of Science in biology from UC Riverside and a medical degree from UC Irvine. I completed my residency in family medicine here at Kaiser Permanente, and then completed an additional year of training in sports medicine. I help serve as team physician for local high school and college athletic programs. I began working at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center in 2006. I'm married and have two children.

About my practice

I'm here to help you if you become sick, but I'm also here to help you stay well. I want to be your partner in health, and it helps me better care for you when you take an active part in taking care of your health. Healthy living, exercise, and preventive care are, in my opinion, the best ways to stay healthy.

How I thrive

I enjoy golf, running, and soccer. I played college soccer at UC Riverside and continue to play whenever I can. I love spending time with my family, and I'm very active in my church community. I also enjoy watching many sports, primarily professional and college football. My favorite teams are the Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Lakers, and San Diego Chargers.
