About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself. It's very important that you feel comfortable with your personal physician, and I hope this page will help you start to get to know me.
Biography
I was raised in Glendale, California, and knew I wanted to become a doctor from a very young age. I graduated from USC with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and a minor in psychology. I then went on to medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, where I graduated in 2005. I had planned to return to Los Angeles after completing medical school. I was fortunate to complete my family medicine residency at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. After completing my residency, I worked in a private office setting for five years. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2013, and feel honored to be providing quality medical care to our members.
About my practice
I’m a family physician with an interest in women's health. I care for adolescents and adults. I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay healthy, but I’m also here to help you when you’re sick. I feel very honored that members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.
How I thrive
In order to stay balanced, I make sure to eat healthy, find time to exercise, and get adequate sleep. I’m married, and have two children. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, playing basketball, and listening to music.
