About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself and hope that this information will help you feel more comfortable in choosing me as your urologist. I feel fortunate to work in the Urology Department at the Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park Medical Center, and am proud to work with outstanding and compassionate colleagues in all the departments throughout this outstanding medical center.
Biography
I went to high school in Logan, Utah, but moved to Southern California for college and medical school at UC Irvine in 1984. As a child, I wanted to be either a soccer player or a doctor and am certainly thrilled that I chose the latter as my profession. I believe I have been able to make a difference in people's lives and help them stay healthy.
About my practice
The practice of medicine is a team effort. I consider the physician, the member, and his or her family as part of the team, and I do everything in my power to help them succeed and be healthy. I consider it a privilege to use the skills and knowledge that I have attained over the years and to be able to connect with people. An important aspect of that connection is communication to help members clearly understand the issues that affect their health and well-being so that they can make informed decisions.
How I thrive
I'm an avid sports fan and enjoy watching soccer, basketball, football, and baseball. My family is my major priority in life. I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, as well as my mother and siblings. I'm fortunate to have three beautiful sons who are also showing an interest in sports, and we enjoy time together in parks and playing soccer, football, and basketball.
