About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate and proud to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my great colleagues and our members, and look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am a native to Southern California, and from a very young age I had the desire to become a physician. I am the daughter of two amazing family physicians who had a tremendous influence on my decision to become a physician. I knew that I, too, wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives. I completed my undergraduate training at UC Riverside. I went to medical school at UCLA, and my family medicine residency training was done at Kaiser Permanente Fontana.

About my practice

When it comes to being a physician, good communication with you and your family, along with education and preventive medicine, are important to me. We will work together to understand your body and your health. This, I feel, is the key to keeping you healthy and happy.

How I thrive

Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. Although I truly enjoy my career as a physician, my family life is a major priority. I enjoy spending time with my husband and three beautiful children, as well as friends. Fitness is also an important part of my daily activities, and I enjoy cycling, hiking with my family, and jogging.
