About Me

I was born and raised in snowy Syracuse, N.Y. After high school, seeking warmer weather, I moved to Raleigh, N.C and pursued my initial degree in animal science at North Carolina State University. After college, I worked in different laboratories and discovered I would be better suited for a career with direct patient contact, leading me to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner. I moved to Atlanta to attend Emory University and loved the area so much, I decided to stay. My husband and I live in Atlanta with our cat, Teeka.

About my practice

I was trained in both women's health and adult health, but my passion is in gynecologic management. I believe prevention is the best medicine, and I enjoy helping our members learn how to best keep their bodies healthy. I also strive to help women be comfortable and confident in their bodies and helping them to improve their health in manageable ways.

How I thrive

In my spare time, I enjoy exploring different parts of Atlanta, walking the Beltline, taking urban hikes, discovering new restaurants and knitting.
