About Me
I am a Colorado native. I attended the University of Northern Colorado, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2002, I graduated from the University of Colorado Health Science Center with a degree in Nursing. After graduation, I worked one year as a Neonatal Nurse and five years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at Rose Medical Center in Denver. I, then, furthered my training at the University of Northern Colorado and obtained a Master’s in Nursing. I am certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners’. I started my journey with Kaiser Permanente five years ago, taking care of mothers and infants in the department of Perinatal Home and Hospital Care. Last year, I moved to the Lakewood Medical Offices in Ob/Gyn.
About my practice
I work with women of all ages, providing care for preventative health care services, pregnancy, contraceptive counseling/management, and menopause care. I believe empowerment, education, and a supportive, caring environment are the cornerstones of care for all women.
How I thrive
I thrive by having a strong faith, loving family, and amazing friends. Currently, my family and I live in Littleton, Colorado. I am married to a Denver Firemen and we have two handsome young boys. I enjoy running, gym time when I can, camping, playing sports with the boys, and spending time with my two dogs at home.
