About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a physician and as a patient advocate at Kaiser Permanente.

Biography

I decided to become a physician because I wanted to help others feel better and live healthy. Making a difference in someone's life makes my job worthwhile. I enjoy talking to my patients about their medical conditions and sharing ways in which they can be proactive in keeping healthy. I also love learning from my patients about their health beliefs and practices.

About my practice

I joined the Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park Medical Center in 1994. I then established my practice at the Montebello Medical Offices, specifically because it serves a highly diverse population, including Spanish- and Chinese-speaking patients. I work with a wonderful group of nurses and physicians in my clinic. In addition to caring for a large number of Spanish-speaking patients, I am also involved in various committees locally and regionally that contribute to improving patient care and service.

How I thrive

It is very important for me to keep healthy so I can be there for my family, friends, and patients. I enjoy spending time with family and also gardening. I also enjoy traveling and getting to visit and learn about many cultures. My goal in life is to be happy and stress-free.
