About Me

I grew up in Southern California and attended medical school at the University of California, Los Angeles. I completed my ophthalmology residency at the Jules Stein Eye Institute at UCLA, followed by an American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) certified fellowship at the Cullen Eye Institute at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Medical Center. I am happily married and enjoy spending most of my free time with my daughter and keeping up with fantasy football.

About my practice

I am a board-certified ophthalmologist who subspecializes in oculoplastic surgery. My areas of interest include diseases of the eyelid, orbit and tear drainage system. I am fortunate to work in an excellent department staffed with outstanding people that make this an enjoyable place to work. I truly believe in treating each member as I would want my family member to be treated, and I look forward to the opportunity to provide the best care for our Kaiser Permanente members.

How I thrive

I enjoy spending my free time with my wife and daughter. As a transplant to Atlanta, much of our time has been spent exploring the city and all it has to offer. My wife loves to cook, and we have been trying to incorporate various vegetarian dishes into our daily meals. We also try to stay active, and particularly enjoy playing tennis and exploring the outdoors.
