About Me
Welcome to my Web page. I have been a family medicine physician for more than 15 years. It was always in my nature to want to help others. I was the one to welcome newcomers to my school, and I enjoyed working with the poor and underprivileged in South Africa during my training and field of work as a general practitioner in South Africa. For the last 10 years I have worked at Kaiser Permanente San Diego with a wonderful team of doctors and support staff.
Biography
I was born in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. I attended university and worked there for a few years before emigrating with my family to the United States. My residency in family medicine was completed at Kaiser Permanente in Riverside. During my final year, I took the role of chief resident.
About my practice
Medicine as a career gives me an excellent opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way. I do this using my knowledge, my medical skills, and my desire to practice the art as well as the science of medicine. It is a privilege to get to know my patients and help them realize their highest potential.

I firmly believe in a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Regular mental, physical, spiritual, and social activity nourishes a healthy mind and body.
