About Me
I am an Arizona-born, Oregon transplant who moved here for residency, met my partner, and decided to stick around. We share our home with two cats, both of whom show adoration for us — but little for each other. I realized later in life that medicine was my calling, after learning that engineering was not — and discovering that I can look snazzy in a white coat. Internal medicine was the only specialty that mirrored my passion for knowledge and my desire to help people.
About my practice
As a physician, my role is to be an active listener, confidant, adviser, and advocate. Being someone's doctor can be as simple as explaining a fleeting illness, a complex syndrome, or a life-limiting diagnosis. I do not take my role lightly, and I consider it an honor to serve every member who makes an appointment with me.
How I thrive
When I am not feeding my passion for medicine, or learning more about infectious diseases, I can usually be found watching movies or experimenting in the kitchen.
