About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I was born in Santa Monica and moved to San Diego in 1979 to attend UC San Diego. I have been living in San Diego ever since, and I am proud to call it my home. I have two children, and I love spending time with them and watching my youngest play soccer.

About my practice

My practice here at Kaiser Permanente is very rewarding. I enjoy caring for people from all walks of life, and I learn a great deal from my diverse group of patients. I speak Spanish and can communicate well with the large Spanish-speaking population here in North County. I am also lucky to work with a wonderful group of nurses. Together, we are proud to serve our patients, and do our best to help each of our patients.

How I thrive

I do my best to eat a low-fat diet, get plenty of exercise and rest, and to enjoy my work, my family, and my friends every single day. I try to spend my free time outdoors. I feel very lucky to live here in San Diego, where the weather is so accommodating to an outdoors lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, hiking, and traveling. I exercise daily, either at the beach or in the gym.
