About Me
I am a native Atlantan. Having grown up in the central Atlanta area, I have seen much change in my home city! As my mother and sister were both nurses and my family worked in hospital environments, I was exposed to the world of health care at an early age. I think that I always wanted to be a doctor to care for those who need medical help. I recognized that I was a caretaker at an early age.
About my practice
I chose to practice urology because I enjoy being able to offer specialized care that is results-oriented. I enjoy working with my hands and really find fulfillment knowing that I can offer relief from suffering and treatment of various urologic diseases for our members. I truly value interaction with patients and feel that education about diseases and conditions with our members is key to the process of providing excellent care. I find great reward in balancing administrative and clinical responsibilities while assisting the department in providing continued excellent care to our members.
How I thrive
I personally find that being active and exploring the world around me is a great way to find meaning in life. I enjoy traveling, both domestically and internationally. Exercise remains a daily activity, and I find that it is good for the mind as well as the body. I enjoy scuba diving, theater, movies, the arts community and fostering healthy relationships with those around me.
