About Me

I grew up in Arvada, Colorado, attending Pomona High School and then the University of Colorado. My interest in science led me to a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master’s degree in physiology. Before going to medical school at Drexel University in Philadelphia, I started a triathlon and running event production company. I enjoy producing these events because they allow athletes to raise money for nonprofits of their choice. I completed my residency in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I’m very excited to be back in Colorado to serve the community where I grew up.

About my practice

I became a family medicine physician to specialize in treating the entire patient. I enjoy caring for people who are seeking a partnership in improving their health. I focus on healthy lifestyle and evidence-based prevention of disease. I like to help my patients focus on 1 or 2 issues each visit to make sure each issue is thoroughly addressed. I’m always willing to arrange follow-up visits, phone visits or emails to make sure all questions or concerns are answered and addressed.

How I thrive

I thrive by volunteering and living an active lifestyle of cycling, triathlon, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
