About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this opportunity to introduce myself and let you know a little about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente, and I look forward to working with you to care for your children's health.

Biography

I have been a pediatrician for more than 15 years. I graduated cum laude from UC San Diego, attended medical school at UC Davis, and completed my pediatric residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. After my residency training, I dedicated my early years in practice to treating and caring for underserved children in communities that do not have easy access to health care. Today, I continue to combine my very busy clinical pediatric practice with volunteer work at school-based clinics and medical missions to care for the underserved in Asia.

About my practice

I feel that wholesome living and preventive care are certainly two of the best ways to stay healthy, but even the most robust children can get sick, and I'm here to help them when they do. I am a strong believer in community immunity and advocate for my young patients to be immunized fully and on schedule

How I thrive

My family helps me thrive. I enjoy spending time with my kids, whether it be watching them play soccer or tennis or riding our bikes around our neighborhood park. I also like to travel, read, and exercise.
