About this program

Members ages 18+. Interested in learning how eating more whole, plant-based foods may support your health? This introductory, single-session class explores practical ways to build balanced meals with more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds. This class is designed for beginners or for those who want a basic refresher. If you’re already familiar with whole food, plant-based eating, some of the information may be a review. Learn about potential health benefits, meal ideas, and realistic strategies for making sustainable changes at your own pace. Note: This class does not cover specific dietary guidance for participants’ individual needs or weight loss advice. Duration: 2 hours
