About this program

Learn what to expect before, during, and after childbirth. You’ll practice breathing and relaxation techniques and other options for managing labor pain and learn about the role of your support person. Take this class during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend. Bring pillows or a mat as some of the exercises are done on the floor. This class is offered in person. Duration: 5 hours
