About this program

Learn what to expect before, during, and after childbirth. You’ll practice breathing and relaxation techniques and other options for managing labor pain and learn about the role of your support person. Take this class during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend. Bring pillows or a mat as some of the exercises are done on the floor. This is the first of 2 sessions. The 2nd session will take place one week after the 1st session. Please mark your calendar for both sessions. This class is offered in person. Duration: 2.5 hours
