About this program

The Pain Management Program utilizes a holistic treatment approach that retrains the brain and nervous system through a mind body approach. The goal of this program is to increase physical functioning through strategies for long-term chronic pain management. Our team of physicians, nurses, psychologists, pharmacists, and physical therapists promote your optimal health, physical function, and quality of life. This class is provided by Chronic Pain at Kaiser Permanente San Jose. Contact your primary care physician for a referral. This class is offered in person.
