About this program

Build confidence and help feel prepared for your early weeks at home with a newborn. In this single-session class we’ll cover essential topics to help you care for your newborn, including feeding, bathing, sleep safety, and diapering. We’ll also discuss ways to care for yourself during the new phase of parenting. Take this class within the last 3 months of pregnancy. Please have a doll or bear, diaper, and swaddle blanket for practicing. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend. Duration: 2 hours
