About this program

Learn how to become more aware of your eating habits and make healthier choices. Bring mindfulness into your everyday life with strategies for slowing down, recognizing hunger and fullness, and finding new ways to cope with life stressors. This can help with managing weight, developing a more positive relationship with food, and improving your overall well-being. This class does not provide counseling for eating disorders, depression, anxiety, substance disorders, or other related medical conditions. Duration: 1.5 hours
