About this program

Depression is real, common, and treatable. You’ll learn about depression, ways to manage your symptoms, and when you might need more help. We’ll help you challenge negative thoughts and enjoy life more. We’ll also teach you relaxation and mindfulness techniques. This is the first of 4 sessions. Health education staff will register you for the remaining sessions. Duration: 2 hours
