About this program

This two-session series is offered to patients at the end of cancer treatment. Participants may share their challenges and growth, as well as find support from others who have also had treatment. The class introduces helpful tools and resources that can support them during this period of transition from active treatment to survivorship. Personal health management and emotional/social well-being are covered. This class is appropriate for adult Kaiser Permanente patients and those in the community who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer and who have completed all stages of active treatment. This class is offered online.
