About this program

Want to fall asleep quicker, sleep more soundly, and wake up feeling more refreshed? Learn how nighttime habits and your thinking patterns affect sleep, and how to change them. This class doesn’t address medical conditions that interfere with sleep. This is the first of 4 sessions. Health education staff will register you for the remaining sessions. Duration: 2 hours
