About this program

This class offers practical tools and strategies to help you fall asleep quicker, sleep more soundly, and feel well rested. You’ll learn how nighttime habits and thinking patterns can affect sleep. You’ll use sleep logs and sleep scheduling to develop more efficient sleep. This class is taught by health educators. It doesn’t diagnose or address medical conditions that interfere with sleep or sleep medications. This is the first of 4 sessions. Health education staff will register you for the remaining sessions. Duration: 2 hours
