About this program

This class is only for pregnant persons who have been referred because of abnormal blood sugar test results. Get the information you need to manage gestational diabetes. We’ll cover topics such as how to manage high blood sugar with nutrition and physical activity, the social and emotional aspects of gestational diabetes, and what to expect during labor and delivery and after pregnancy. If applicable, please bring your glucose meter to class. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend. Duration: 2 hours
