About this program

Start your baby on a lifetime of healthy eating. Topics include making homemade baby food, choosing healthy prepared foods, food allergies, and preventing picky eating. For babies starting solid food, take this class before your baby is 4-6 months old. For babies starting finger foods, take the class (or take it again) when your baby is 7-8 months old. This class is offered online.
