About this program

This program is for adults who are survivors of Adverse Childhood Experiences or ACEs. The embrACE program is designed to help you develop a better future, including how you relate to your body, mind, feelings, and relationships. While we cannot change our childhood experiences, we can potentially shift the patterns associated with the past. Members will be asked to complete an ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) questionnaire prior to class registration. Class is skills-based and for members with mild to moderate symptoms. This class is offered online.
