Learn how to live well with type 2 diabetes by eating healthy, being active, taking medications correctly, monitoring blood sugar, and managing emotional health. This class provides a general overview of diabetes management and does not cover carbohydrate counting, diet plans, specific medications, or full instructions on using a blood glucose meter.
