About this program

This series is for couples in a committed relationship. Both partners must attend all sessions, but only one partner should register. This class isn't couples therapy, it teaches skills for communicating and connecting. This class doesn’t meet the requirements for court-ordered counseling, nor is it appropriate for couples experiencing domestic violence. At the heart of a healthy relationship is good communication. Learn ways to bring up difficult topics, reduce defensiveness, and understand each other's perspective. This class is offered in person. Duration: 2 hours
