About this program

This four-session class is based on the premise that to have a healthy relationship, you need to start with two healthy individuals. This educational class explores the differences between codependency and healthy relationship behaviors. It delves into behaviors that can support healthy individual behavior such as improving self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries and assertive skills and self-advocacy. This class is offered online.
