About this program

Breastfeeding or chestfeeding is a natural way to nourish and bond with your baby. Learning what to expect can help you feel more confident and supported on your feeding journey. In this single-session class, we’ll review your baby’s hunger cues, how to ensure a good milk supply, what partners can do to support you, and how to manage common breastfeeding challenges. Take this class during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Your partner or support person is encouraged to attend. Duration: 2 hours
