Join fellow survivors in this physician-led class designed to help you navigate life after breast cancer treatment. Learn safe, evidence-based strategies for managing common symptoms and nurturing your emotional wellbeing. We’ll also address sexual health concerns, side effects of endocrine therapy, and ways to improve your overall health (including lifestyle approaches to reduce risk of recurrence). This class is meant for members who’ve completed active treatment, but those still in treatment may also find the information helpful.
