About this program

This class is for patients with mixed incontinence, urge incontinence, stress incontinence, overactive bladder, urgency, and frequency. Class includes education of dysfunction, body mechanics, self-care and general strengthening. This class is provided by Rehabilitation Services at Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento.
