About this program

This class is for members who have had bariatric surgery (gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy). We will review up to date vitamin recommendations and make adjustments based on your recent lab values. To get the most out of the class, have bariatric labs done in advance and have the results with you at the time of the class. (Please note that results may take 7-10 days to arrive.) Have your supplement bottles available to show on screen. Presentations are easiest to view on a larger screen. The class is taught in English. This class is offered online.
