METRO
To access Well Friendship Heights from Friendship Heights Metro Station:
- From train platform take "Western Ave" exit
- After taking escalators towards street level, follow Wisconsin/Western Ave exit, bear left toward "Wisconsin Place" and take stairs up
- At the top of the stairs, head right and around the corner, and escalators/stairs will lead you to street level and Well Friendship Heights doorstep
- Exit the Friendship Heights metro station using the exit to East side Wisconsin Ave., NW at Western Ave. (Elevator)
- Proceed north on Wisconsin Ave towards the intersection of Western Ave.
- Use the crosswalks at the intersection of Wisconsin and Western Avenues to the NW corner, the Shops at Wisconsin Place.
- The entrance to the Well Friendship Heights center is located next to the Western Ave exit of Friendship Heights metro station (5402-A Wisconsin Ave Chevy Chase, MD 20815). Ramps are provided in the courtyard around the metro exit.

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-888-777-5536, seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.

- From I 270, merge onto I495 E toward College Park Silver Spring
- Take exit 87 to merge onto MD 185 S Connecticut Ave toward Chevy Chase
- Merge onto MD 185 S Connecticut Ave
- Turn right onto MD 191 Bradley Lane
- Turn left onto MD 355 S Wisconsin Ave
- To access parking garage, turn right on Willard Avenue and then left onto Friendship Boulevard. Entrance to the parking garage is on Friendship Boulevard behind Bloomingdales. Follow signs for stairs, escalator or elevator to plaza level.
- Well Friendship Heights street entrance 5402 A Wisconsin Avenue is located on the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Western Avenue.
- The entrance to the parking garage is on Friendship Boulevard behind Bloomingdales. Members are recommended to park on P1 or P2. Following signs to the metro and Kaiser Permanente within the garage, use the glass doors to Metro access and take the escalator or stairs on your left to street level. Once on street level, the Well Friendship Heights clinic will be immediately on your left.
- Follow Massachusetts Avenue NW
- Continue on Massachusetts Avenue NW through Scott and Ward Circles
- At Westmoreland Cir NW, take the 1st exit onto Western Ave NW
- To access parking garage, turn right onto Friendship Boulevard. Entrance to the parking garage is on Friendship Boulevard behind Bloomingdales. Follow signs for stairs, escalator or elevator to plaza level.
- Well Friendship Heights street entrance 5402 A Wisconsin Avenue is located on the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Western Avenue.
