Step-by-Step

Wash your hands.

Check the expiration date.

Take the cap off.

Shake the inhaler for 5 seconds.

Press on the top 3 times to prime, if needed.

Breathe in once.

Place the mouthpiece between your lips.

Press down on the top of the inhaler once.

Breathe in slowly for 5 seconds.

Hold your breath for 10 seconds.

Breathe out slowly.

Person using inhaler a second time.

Wait 1 minute to repeat, if needed.
