Kaiser Permanente provider
My gender: Female
I’m accepting new patients. Referral may be required. Please contact your primary care provider.
I was born in Chicago and grew up on a dairy farm. When I was a teenager, I helped deliver my brother and sister. My family moved to Maui when I was 17, and my mom, a nurse, encouraged me to follow in her footsteps. I became a licensed registered nurse and a licensed Mobile Intensive Care Technician and I worked as a paramedic for over 20 years.
I enjoy urgent medicine. Opportunities for learning and professional growth are a benefit of working with the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group that I greatly appreciate. I believe in patient-centered health care. I value eye contact with my patients, and I try to listen closely to their concerns.
In my time away from the clinic I am a rancher and farmer of cows, chickens, rabbits and tree crops. I also enjoy running for exercise.
