Important: Accessing Regions of Care

To access all the features and services available as a registered user, please follow these steps:

1. Change Region of Care: Select your preferred region from the available options. If you don’t see your region, click “Add a region of care” to include it.

2. Access MyChart: Once your region is selected, click the “MyChart” link to access that region’s MyChart page.
