About me
I was born in New York City and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I obtained my undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Florida, and spent six years working as a medical based speech-language pathologist. As my love for medicine and procedures grew, I became inspired to pursue a second career as a physician assistant (PA). I completed my master's degree in medical sciences from Emory University in 2019, and loved Atlanta so much I decided to call it home. Since graduating from PA school, I have focused my career around my love for surgery, and now have experience in surgical oncology, colorectal surgery, and plastic surgery.
About my practice
I chose this specialty because I believe that reconstructive surgery can be not only healing, but also extremely empowering for patients. I enjoy being able to assist with surgeries in the operating room and also evaluate/treat patients in the clinic. My favorite aspect of medicine and being a Kaiser Permanente provider is the time I am able to spend educating our members and facilitating patient driven care.
How I thrive
Finding work/life balance is important to me, and I find that balance by spending time with my husband and hanging out with our very cute dog, Bacon. I also prioritize and enjoy maintaining an active lifestyle by running on the Atlanta beltline, biking around town, doing group fitness classes, and exploring local trails. I love traveling, and some of my favorite places include Italy, Thailand, Hawaii, and most recently Banff, Canada. Locally, I like to explore the city by trying new restaurants and doing outdoor activities that lets me enjoy the beautiful weather Atlanta has to offer. Lastly, I love spending time with friends, cooking, Gator football, and dessert in any form!

Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-800-232-4404, seven days a week, 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
