About me
I consider myself a Georgia native, even though I was born in Venezuela and Spanish is my first language. I came to the U.S. in my early teens and have been in Georgia ever since! Midwifery has always been a passion, ever since I learned about the profession when I had my first baby. Being able to be "with women" and their families during their most vulnerable times is more than a passion, it is a true calling. I am also a wife and a mother of four girls who keep me busy. Enjoying family time has truly been a blessing.
About my practice
Not only do I love to witness and be a part of people forming families, but it is also a privilege to walk with women and take care of them through their lifespan. I pride myself in listening to your concerns and sharing the responsibility of making decisions about your care together, in our patient-provider relationship. I strive to provide the most excellent up-to-date care to our members and their loved ones to maximize their health. The best way to reach that goal is through proper patient education and maintaining high standards of care.
How I thrive
I thrive by seeing my patients and my family succeed. To know that I was a part of achieving something gives me great satisfaction. Positivity is key, and I find reading affirmations and sharing them with others, especially my daughters, helps me remain focused. I always try to look at the silver lining, and as cliché as it sounds, everything happens for a reason - you may not know it now, but you will soon! I also love reading, traveling, binge watching shows with my family, watching movies, listening to music, singing, and everyone's favorite...laundry!

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
