About me
I am an Atlanta native with a passion for helping others that has been with me since I was a young child. I found my calling as a nurse in 2011 and have been amazed by not only what I have taught my patients, but what they have taught me. For that, I will always be grateful.
In college, I studied journalism but ultimately could not ignore my desire to really make a difference in the lives of others. This led me to nursing, which eventually led to me finding that it would become a high priority of mine to expand on this field and become an advanced practitioner.
In my spare time I love a good travel adventure! I also enjoy hiking, running and movie nights with my family. I would not be the nurse practitioner that I am today without the support and love of my biggest fans, my amazing husband and darling son.
About my practice
I am beyond blessed to have joined forces with a group of the most highly esteemed cardiologists in the nation. I have spent the last seven years of my career in cardiology, where I find great joy and solace. I am proud to have recently expanded my study in the field of pulmonology, where I will be working with pulmonary team concurrently and am looking forward to integrating their knowledge into my practice.
How I thrive
It has become evident to me that in life, through joyous moments and trying times, kindness always prevails. Through acts of kindness and compassion for others, there can be a tremendous amount of healing... and I have found an outlet to heal others in many ways through the field of medicine.
I choose to start my day in prayer, along with a strong cup of coffee! I believe that through prayer, silent meditation and keeping a healthy routine, that happiness and peace can follow suit.

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
