About me
I grew up in Pittsburgh, Penn. and moved to the Atlanta area with my family when I started high school. I have two sisters, one younger and one older, making me the middle child and only boy. I became interested in the field of audiology during my time at University of Georgia, where I received my bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders. Many people do not realize the complexity of the ear, which is what made me want to be an audiologist. I attended an accelerated doctorate program in audiology at Indiana University. Throughout my graduate career, I was able to complete rotations in a variety of settings, including a year-long internship here at Kaiser Permanente. I want to use my knowledge to provide high-quality care to our members, as well as educate them, on a part of our bodies that is so vital to communication with friends and family.
About my practice
As an audiologist, I am here to help our members hear better and improve their balance issues. This is accomplished through a variety of diagnostic testing and treatment, which will be unique for each patient. I enjoy all aspects of audiology and see pediatrics and adults. I work closely with the ENT Department to provide the best and most appropriate care for our members. It is a team approach, not just with my co-workers, but with my patients as well. It is important for them to be involved in the decision-making process and for them to be able to express their needs.
How I thrive
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, my dog and my family. Being able to have this support system is crucial for a healthy work-life balance. I also enjoy traveling and technology. I am part of KP Pride, the LGBTQ+ organization here at Kaiser Permanente. I have been told that I always have a smile on my face and I think that is the best way to live!

Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select providers and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.
