Where I practice
I am a native of southern California, but I claim Arizona as my home. I married my wife in 1995, and we have two teenage sons. In 2013, I moved to Georgia and joined Kaiser Permanente. I believe the true advantage of Kaiser Permanente is our integrated health care system and taking a team approach to patient care. Since moving to Georgia, we have been impressed with the Atlanta area and have enjoyed the southern hospitality. My family and I enjoy the outdoors. In our free time, we support our son in his running endeavors and we have been exploring the North Georgia Mountains and trails. I have always enjoyed working with people and developing skills to help others, which is why the medical profession has been a good career path for me.
About my practice
My practice involves both surgical and non-surgical treatments of foot and ankle problems. I see my role as helping you in solving these problems. I am committed to educating my patients about the cause of their problem and helping them understand the necessary treatment and rehabilitation involved. Having been a patient myself, I understand the importance of having choices and I try to offer various alternatives of care that are consistent with individual needs.
How I thrive
I enjoy evening trips to the gym and I mix up my workouts with weights and cardiovascular exercise. This is an excellent opportunity to unwind before heading home, and it offers the additional benefit of avoiding Atlanta traffic! I love to travel with my family. We seek out adventures that allow us to spend time in the beauty of nature or immerse ourselves in history.
