About this program

This is an online group offered on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. It is facilitated by a staff member from the Bariatric Surgery Program. The first Wednesday of the month is led by a social worker and the third Wednesday of the month by a dietitian. Topics change every group. The support group is for Kaiser Permanente Northwest members who have completed the bariatric pre-surgery workshops and are considering bariatric surgery or have had bariatric surgery. Find support and guidance while navigating through the Bariatric Surgery Program and beyond. Join others to share and explore experiences, stories, challenges, and achievements throughout the weight loss surgery journey.
